- •Ischemic stroke according to WHO criteria
- •\- Successful thrombectomy
- •\- Good functional outcome (mRS \= 2\)
- •\- Informed consent signed by patients themselves
- •\- German language proficiency
排除标准
- •\- Alcohol dependence
- •\- Patients unable to give consent, e.g., global aphasia
- •\- Inclusion in another clinical study
- •\- Prior neurological disease (multiple sclerosis, dementia, Parkinson's disease)
- •\- Prior psychiatric illness (psychiatric illness diagnosed and treated before stroke: depression, anxiety disorder, post\-traumatic stress disorder, psychotic and bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder)
- •\- Existing drug treatment with antidepressants and/or neuroleptics
