Inclusion Criteria
  • older than 18 years
  • having a soleus muscle injury
  • chronic injury (> 3 meses)
  • pain at stretch > 3 points measured by NRS
Exclusion Criteria
  • belenophobia
  • other accuse injury
  • lumbar back pathology
