Inclusion Criteria
- •diabetic, BMI more than 25, waist circumference more than 90 cm for men and 80 cm for women
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients on dialysis or with advanced CKD,
- •Patients on insulin use, previous MI and history of depression or use of any anti-psychotic drug
