- •--gastro-intestinal diseases resulting in malabsorption, digestion
- •-diseases impairing metabolism and excretion
- •-chronic illness
- •-acute infection
- •-intake of antibiotics in the last 6 months
- •-regular intake of medication (exception: oral contraceptive)
- •-pregnant and lactating women
- •-known allergies or intolerance to tested foods
