1. Male or female adult over 18 years and under 60 years
2. Patients diagnosed with lumosacral disc herniation by MRI finding
3. Patients with 4 weeks~ 3 months disease period
4. Numeric rating scale >4, at the time of diagnosis
1. Previous history of spinal surgery
2. Accompanied with neurologic deficit due to lumosacral disc herniation
3. Osteoporosis medication
4. Compression fracture
5. Malignancy
6. Vulnarable people: adolescent, pregnancy, infant, neonate/adult with impaired capability of agreement/ student, employee, prisoner
