入选标准
- •1. Male or female adult over 18 years and under 60 years
- •2. Patients diagnosed with lumosacral disc herniation by MRI finding
- •3. Patients with 4 weeks~ 3 months disease period
- •4. Numeric rating scale >4, at the time of diagnosis
排除标准
- •1. Previous history of spinal surgery
- •2. Accompanied with neurologic deficit due to lumosacral disc herniation
- •3. Osteoporosis medication
- •4. Compression fracture
- •5. Malignancy
- •6. Vulnarable people: adolescent, pregnancy, infant, neonate/adult with impaired capability of agreement/ student, employee, prisoner
