Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •We study in older adult aged 60 years or older (1\) patients having a known history of type 2 (noninsulin requiring) diabetes confirmed by a specialist (2\) Hemoglobin A1C 8\.0 % or more (in 3 months) (3\) Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score between 25 to 30 (4\) Barthel Activities of Daily Living (ADL) score 12 or more (5\) patients having no underlying health problems such as a history of psychological disorders or cardiovascular disease (6\) patients and their family members having reading and writing literacy. (7\) having internet access with ZOOM and Line application.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criteria consisted of (1\) patients' or family members' failure to participate regularly in the educational sessions and (2\) unwillingness to participate further in the study. All medication alterations were based on clinical indications.
