Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Maintain systematic training of the high\-level swimming team at XX University during the experiment;
- •2\. The main event is 50, 100 meters swimming;
- •3\. National level athlete and above level;
- •4\. Physically and mentally healthy, no high\-risk diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes or mental illness, no bad living habits (smoking, alcoholism, etc.);
- •5\. Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form to comply with the provisions of the experimental intervention process.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. People suffering from high\-risk diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, or mental and psychological diseases;
- •2\. People who are not able to maintain regular training during the experiment.
