入选标准
- •1. Maintain systematic training of the high-level swimming team at XX University during the experiment;
- •2. The main event is 50, 100 meters swimming;
- •3. National level athlete and above level;
- •4. Physically and mentally healthy, no high-risk diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes or mental illness, no bad living habits (smoking, alcoholism, etc.);
- •5. Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form to comply with the provisions of the experimental intervention process.
排除标准
- •1. People suffering from high-risk diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, or mental and psychological diseases;
- •2. People who are not able to maintain regular training during the experiment.
