- •patients undergoing cardiac surgery
- •ASA physical status I-III
排除标准
- •1) drug allergy
- •2) Preoperative LVEF ≤ 30%
- •3) BMI ≥ 35 km/m 2
- •4) Preoperative mean arterial pressure < 60 mmHg
- •5) Preoperative heart rate < 45/min
- •6) Impaired renal function (serum creatinine > 1.5 mg/dl
- •in female and 2 mg/dl in male)
- •7) Active liver disease
- •8) history or active cerebrovascular and neurological disease
- •9) psychologic problems
