入排标准
入选标准
- •ASA Grade I and II,
- •Singleton pregnancy with gestational age more than 37 weeks undergoing elective caesarean section, Preeclampsia with no contraindication to subarachnoid block.
排除标准
- •Weight <50kg or >90kg, Height <140cm or >170cm,
- •any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia.
- •Significant medical or obstetric morbidity,bad obstetric history,hemodynamic instability,
- •preeclampsia with severe features like oliguria of <500 ml/day,pulmonary edema,HELLP(Hemolysis,Elevated Liver Enzymes and Low platelet count <1 lakh)syndrome and eclampsia.
- •Fetus with systemic abnormalities as found during pre-natal examination and fetal distress.
