1. Left atrium size of atrial fibrillation patients < 55 mm
2. Atrial fibrillation with antiarrhythmic resistance
3. Patients with anticoagulant therapy (admission of anti-coagulation drugs to prevent cerebral infarction)
1. Atrial fibrillation accompanied by structural heart disease affected by severe cardiac deformity or hemodynamic effects
2. Patients receiving treatment for cognitive dysfunction, emotional disorder, and anxiety disorder
3. Patients with active internal bleeding
4. Anticoagulant maladjustment
5. Significant comorbidities of symptoms
6. Patients expected to have a survival period of less than one year.
7. Patients with drug or alcoholism
8. Among the subjects, those who cannot read the consent form (literacy, foreigners, etc.)
9. Patients who are deemed unfit to participate in clinical research based on the judgment of other researchers.
