Inclusion Criteria

1) Over 18 years old man/women
2) The patient is that purpose of this study is to fully understand and agree to participate in this study.
3) The patient is that given underwent endoscopic ultrasound and measured pancreatic elasticity by elastography.

Exclusion Criteria

1)The patient is not participate the study
2)The patient has that severe hepatic failure, renal failure, heart failure, pulmonary dysfunction, and other severe systemic disorder (= uncontrolled America Society of Anesthesiologists class 3)
3)The patient has severe infectious disease
4)Patients with researchers has been determined to be not appropriate to participate
