入选标准
- •Preterm with gestational age 30 weeks o day to 36 weeks 6 days and birth weight between 1000gm to less than 2500gm
- •APGAR score of less than and equal to 6 at 5 min after birth without respiratory support
- •Stable vital signs
- •Absence of congenital anomalies
- •Enrollment within 72 hours of life
排除标准
- •Requirement of mechanical ventilation
- •Severe asphyxia
- •Prenatal illicit drug exposure history
- •Prior enrollment in other studies
- •Diagnosis of necrotizing enterocolitis NEC
- •Diagnosis of intracranial hemorrhage
- •Positive blood cultur
- •Fracture bone and presence of shoulder dystocia
- •Presence of neonatal jaundice that required exchange blood transfusion
