Aged Between 18 To 65 Years.
Patient Scheduled To Undergo Elective Laparoscopic Nephrectomy Under General Anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
Negative Consent/Refusal.
Local Infection.
Coagulopathies.
Cardiovascular Disease, Respiratory Disease And Gastrointestinal Disorders.
Psychiatric And Cognitive Disorders.
Allergic To Study Drug Used.
Spinal Dysraphism/Deformity.
