Inclusion Criteria

1.Symptomatic disc prolapsed diagnosed with MRI scan

2.Disc prolapse of either L4-5 or L5-S1

3.Age more than 18

4.VAS Score more than 7

5.VAS 4-7 with difficulty of ADL

Exclusion Criteria

1.Symptomatic multiple disc level

2.spondylolisthesis

3.spinal stenosis

4.Motor deficit < 4/5( less than 4/5 by Medical Research Council scale)
