Inclusion Criteria
1. Individuals with Flexible Flatfeet (Positive Jack’s Test OR Tip-Toe Test)
2. Navicular Drop Test > 10mm
Exclusion Criteria
1. Recent lower limb fracture/dislocation (past 6 months)
2. Soft tissue injuries to lower limb
3. Vascular Diseases
4. History of Neurological Disease
5. History of Vestibular Dysfunction
6. Bleeding Disorders

Name Time Method Surface EMG of Abductor Hallucis muscle. The amplitude of motor unit action potential (MUAP) will be measured measured in mVTimepoint: Baseline and at the end of 4 weeks.

Name Time Method Dynamic Balance. <br/ ><br>The Limits of Stability in 4 cardinal & 4 diagonal directions will be assessed using Balance Master.Timepoint: Baseline & at the end of 4 weeks.
