入选标准
- •Adults of either gender ( > 18 years of age) diagnosed with primary ischemic/haemorrhagic
- •supratentorial stroke.
- •-Stroke duration less than 2 weeks.
- •-Stroke severity using NIHSS score 15-20.
排除标准
- •-Patients presenting with more than one diagnosed primary neurological condition.
- •-Stroke patients with altered sensorium.
- •-Severe cognitive problems (MoCa score <23).
- •-Participant functionally dependent due other pre-existing illness
