being candidate for bypass; having moderate to severe depression and anxiety scores; no history of mental illness; interested in participating in the study (ie, willingness to participate in the intervention, the patient and his family); before bypass surgery is not done; aged between 35 and 70 years; is unable to communicate verbally and are able to speak Persian. Exclusion criteria: lack of cooperation patients and families During the intervention; lack perform bypass surgery of Coronary artery to various reasons; dying of the patients during the process of terminating implementation study; lack enterprises at meetings communication program (least lack presence in two session);

Name Time Method Anxiety. Timepoint: Before intervention/Two months after intervention / four months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Hospital Anxiety Questionnaire and the Beck Anxiety Inventory.;Depression. Timepoint: Before / After two months of intervention / four months after the intervention.
