Exclusion Criteria
Profession other than nurse, physiotherapist or occupational therapist.
No access to internet.
No interaction with falls risk clientele.

Name Time Method Clinical Performance will be assessed via an anonymous online survey investigating what aspects of their clinical interaction with clientele has changed as a result of the program.[2 weeks post-education program]
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method earning experience/satisfaction will be assessed via an anonymous online survey that will focus on aspects of the short-course including preceptions of support, course content and suggestions for improvement.[2 weeks post-education program];Cost-effectiveness will be assessed via an anonymous online survey investigating willingness to pay for the educational product. Contributing to cost-effectinesss data will be a comparisons on cost of course construction and delivery between theonline and face-to-face facilitated programs.[2 weeks post-education program.]
