Inclusion Criteria

Women ages between 18 to 35 years old; Having at least secondary education; Willingness to participate in the study; Having a contact number for follow-up. Exclusion criteria: Changing of the residential location to another city in the next few months; Uncertainty of being able to participate in counseling sessions; Having cardiovascular diseases, hypertension and liver diseases; Having severe depression (according to Beck questionnaire); Taking of psychiatric or psychotropic drugs; Occurrence of unpleasant events in the last 3 months.
