Inclusion Criteria
- •Twin pregnancy.
- •Risk for preterm delivery.
- •Gestational age: between 24and 38weeks.
- •Accept to be included in the study.
- •Maternal age: 18 – 40 years old.
Exclusion Criteria
- •singelton pregnacy with contraindiaction for corticosteroids as DM, severe uncontrolled hypertension, infections
