入选标准
- •Overweight (BMI > 23 kg/m2) and Vitamin D deficient ( < 20 ng/ml) PCOS women diagnosed by Rotterdamâ??s criteria
排除标准
- •PCOS patients with co-morbid conditions like uncontrolled hypertension, untreated hypo or hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus or any endocrinopathy
- •Patients already on vitamin D or calcium supplements
- •Pregnant or lactating women
- •PCOS patients with clinical symptoms and signs of vitamin D deficiency and with vitamin D levels less than 10 ng/ml
