Inclusion Criteria
Overweight (BMI > 23 kg/m2) and Vitamin D deficient ( < 20 ng/ml) PCOS women diagnosed by Rotterdamâ??s criteria
Exclusion Criteria
PCOS patients with co-morbid conditions like uncontrolled hypertension, untreated hypo or hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus or any endocrinopathy
Patients already on vitamin D or calcium supplements
Pregnant or lactating women
PCOS patients with clinical symptoms and signs of vitamin D deficiency and with vitamin D levels less than 10 ng/ml
