- •1)Patient 18 years or older of both sexes
- •2)Patients diagnosed with HRS
排除标准
- •1)Contraindications to Terlipressin
- •2)Patients diagnosed with chronic kidney disease
- •3)Child Pugh Score more than 13
- •4)Ongoing shock or uncontrolled bacterial infection
- •5)Current or recent treatment with nephrotoxic drugs
- •6)Presence of cardiovascular diseases and any extra hepatic diseases that could affect the short term prognosis
