Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patient 18 years or older of both sexes
- •2\)Patients diagnosed with HRS
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Contraindications to Terlipressin
- •2\)Patients diagnosed with chronic kidney disease
- •3\)Child Pugh Score more than 13
- •4\)Ongoing shock or uncontrolled bacterial infection
- •5\)Current or recent treatment with nephrotoxic drugs
- •6\)Presence of cardiovascular diseases and any extra hepatic diseases that could affect the short term prognosis
