1. The project participants are male or female, aged 18-40 years, 3 people or more.
2. Participants are in good health, and their body temperature and blood pressure are at normal levels. no underlying disease

Exclusion Criteria

1. a participant has been in an accident with blood loss including female participants in the menstrual period
2. those with blood disorders such as thalassemia, etc.
