Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients 18 years and older
  • •For the first time, they undergo cataract surgery using phacoemulsification
  • •be in ASA class 1 to 3

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with obstructive sleep apnea
  • •, mental illnesses ,
  • •Autoimmune diseases
  • •Patients treated with psychiatric drugs
  • •Drug allergy
  • •Use of painkillers in the past week
  • •BMI index greater than 35
