- •Patient affiliated with or a beneficiairy of a social security category:
- •- having more than 18 years old
- •- having signed the infomed consent form
- •- having undergone a total knee prosthesis surgery operation
- •Are the trial subjects under 18? no
- •Number of subjects for this age range:
- •F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes
- •F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range
- •F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes

排除标准
- •- incapacity to understand the protocol
- •- patient having taken anti-coagulants or clopidrogel 10 days before excepted aspirine to a dose equal or less than 160 mg/day
- •- women having period so generaly women having less than 50 years old
- •- PT less than 60% and ACT taller than 10 sec
- •- contra-indications to the drug
- •- Erytropoietine treatment required before surgery
