Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients, who age 18\-65 year old, admit in Gynecological department, Chonburi Hospital for elective major gynecological surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. History of abnormal bowel movement or gut obstruction
- •2\. Previous bowel surgery
- •3\. Pre\-operative bowel preparation
- •4\. Unable to walking without assisted device
- •5\. Abnormal laboratory investigation
- •6\. Cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease, orthopedic disease
