Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Postoperative cardiac patients age 18 years\- 57 years.
- •Postoperative cardiac patients who can understand Gujarati/ Hindi/ English.
- •Postoperative cardiac patient who is oriented.
Exclusion Criteria
- •ï??Postoperative cardiac patients who are on mechanical ventilator or unconscious.
- •Postoperative cardiac patients who are undergone or practicing other relaxation therapy.
- •Postoperative cardiac patients on minor tranquilizer.
- •Postoperative cardiac patients who are mentally unstable.
