- •1.ASA grade I and II.
- •2.Both gender of age 18-65 years.
- •3.Patients for lower limb surgeries under subarachnoid block
排除标准
- •1.Patients with hypersensitivity to study drugs, NSAID’s group and transdermal patch-es.
- •2.Patients with history of skin diseases.
- •3.Patients with history of asth-ma, gastrointestinal disor-ders, blood coagulopathy, cardiovascular diseases.
- •4.History of CNS, hepatic and renal disorders.
- •5.Patients with history of drug abuse.
- •6.Any contraindication for spinal anaesthesia
