Inclusion Criteria
inclusion criteria: married Iranian women; Muslim; literate; Primiparous Women who are at least 10-15 days past their delivery and have not participated in training exercise after delivery; vaginal delivery; no bleeding; no surgery; the absence of any known physical and mental recognized disorder. Exclusion criteria: appearance of any known physical and mental recognized disorder during the investigation; absence of continuous attendance in weekly meetings in the intervention group.
