- •2.Clean healthy wound without any tissue loss
- •3.Clean incised wound
- •4.Lacerated wound
- •5.Abrasion
- •6.Superficial wound
- •7.Partial thickness
- •8.Simple wound
排除标准
- •1.Severe bleeding
- •2.Accidental wound
- •3.UNTIDY WOUND-Crushing, tearing, vascular injury, multiple irregular wound
- •4.Fracture of the underlying bone may be present
- •5.Crush injury
- •6.Deep wound -extending deeper across deep fascia into muscles or deeper structures.
- •7.Chronic wound –
- •i) Typical –Ischemic wound ii) Atypical -Auto immune disorder
- •-Neurotrophic -vascular disease
- •-Hypostatic ulcer -Metabolic and Genetic Disease
- •-Diabetic foot
- •8.Contaminated wound -infective rate up to 60%
