Particpants must be at least 18 years of age and receive a long-term anti-coagulant therapy
Exclusion Criteria
Excluded are patients with dementia and patients who have low German language skills and who are unable to understand the study information and its implications.

Name Time Method The technical/organizational goal of the RADAR pilot study is to test the infrastructure of the RADAR project with regards to (1) the export of routine data from local primary care practices, (2) the collection of primary data about quality of life through a trusted-third party and (3) linkage of the primary and secondary data according to data protection laws.<br>
