This intervention study aims to test the feasibility, acceptability, and effectiveness of a parent-focused intervention targeting multiple 24-hour movement behaviors (physical activity, sedentary behavior, and sleep hygiene) for preschool-aged children.

入选标准

  • Families having at least one 3-to-5.9-year-old child;
  • The child is living with parents;
  • The child does not have any diseases that prevent them from participating in physical activity or falling asleep.

排除标准

  • The children who meet all the 24-hour movement guidelines.
