Brief Summary
This intervention study aims to test the feasibility, acceptability, and effectiveness of a parent-focused intervention targeting multiple 24-hour movement behaviors (physical activity, sedentary behavior, and sleep hygiene) for preschool-aged children.

Eligibility Criteria
- Ages
- 3 to 5.9 (—)
- Sex
- All
Inclusion Criteria
- •Families having at least one 3-to-5.9-year-old child;
- •The child is living with parents;
- •The child does not have any diseases that prevent them from participating in physical activity or falling asleep.
Exclusion Criteria
- •The children who meet all the 24-hour movement guidelines.

Physical activity + sedentary behavior group
Education materials, workshops, interactive questionnaires and reminders
