Inclusion Criteria

Patient with small-to-medium size rotator cuff tear (according to DeOrio & Cofield classification)

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patient with history of shoulder surgery
2.Pateint who have rheumatoid arthritis
3.Pateint who have septic arthritis of the shoulder
4.Pateint who have recent or concomitant skin infection of the shoulder
