入选标准
- •1 Patients of either gender aged > 18yrs
- •2 Head and neck cancer and breast patients with advanced skin involvement not suitable for conventional therapeutic treatments
- •3 Head and neck and breast cancer patients having recurrent disease where options of surgery, radiation and chemotherapy are exhausted and cannot be used
- •4 Patient refusing conventional modalities of treatment
- •5 Patients willing to consent for electrochemotherapy
排除标准
- •1 Patients with deranged renal functions
- •2 Patients with severe systemic disease
- •3 Patients with severe co-morbidity medically unfit to undergo procedure
- •4 Patients allergic to bleomycin/ cisplatin
- •5 Patients not willing to consent

Electrochemotherapy of Head and Neck CancerHead and Neck Cancer.We would like to investigate the possible use of electrochemotherapy in recurrent head and neck cancer. Surgery and radiotherapy, with the possible addition of chemotherapy, cures a large part of patients with head and neck cancer. However, in the event of recurrence curative options may be exchausted and the patient is referred for palliative chemotherapy.
