coagulation defects
hypersensitivity to bupivacaine
contraindication to the use of NSAIDS
sepsis at the site of injection

Name Time Method time to first analgesic requirement, total morphine requirements during the first 24 h, time to first ambulation, incidence of shoulder pain, adverse effects and incidence of opioid side effects.<br>
