1. Patient with hands cold sensation or RP
2. Decreased arterial pulse amplitude or abnormal ischemic pulse wave form such as biphasic/monophasic wave in photoplethysmography test
3. Age 20 to 75 years
4. VAS score of hands cold sensation more than 3
5. Hands cold sensation of at least 1 month duration
6. Follow-up possible during the clinical trial
7. Written informed consent voluntarily
1. Patients with at least one ulcerated finger
2. Acute ischemic patient needed reperfusion surgery
3. High bleeding tendency due to anticoagulant medication
4. Significant renal or hepatic disease
5. Severe psychiatric or psychological disorders
6. Hypersensitive reaction to acupuncture treatment
7. Alcohol/drug abuse
8. Pregnant, lactating or planning a pregnancy
9. An individual deemed to be ineligible by a physician
10. Refusal to participate in the trial or to provide informed consent
11. Inability to comprehend or express oneself in the Korean language
