Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age group: Between 18\-30 years of female subjects.
- •2\. Kathak dancers with calf \& peroneus longus muscle tightness.
- •3\. The subjects who having dorsiflexion range of motion less than 200 included.
- •4\. Minimum two years of dancing experience in kathak dances.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Kathak dancers who had recent lower limb surgery and lower limb congenital deformities
- •in the past.
- •2\. Kathak dancers who participate in any outside professional sports.
- •3\. Kathak Dancers who just suffered acute soft tissue injuries to their lower limbs.
- •4\. Kathak dancers who had recent muscle strain injury.
