Inclusion Criteria
- •Newborn ( \<28 days)consecutive cases admitted ,on the sampling days, with â??probable septicaemiaâ?? defined by 2 sepsis screen test positive are to be placed under the study, after obtaining informed consent from the parents.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Motherâ??s illness\- HIV, Diabetes, Immunocompromised,receiving immunosuppressive therapy, history of viral infection in 1st trimester. Newborn with any congenital anomaly, Any chronic illness in mother
