Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Minimum burden of psychological distress due to symptoms operationalized as MCS\-12 \= 50; minimum burden symptom severity and symptom impairment (Numeric Rating Scale) \= 5
Exclusion Criteria
- •Chronic back pain (\>12 weeks of symptoms), substance use disorder, severe acute somatic back injury (herniated disc, surgical procedure, etc.), insufficient self\-reported mental or physical health for study participation, lack of German language skills, current or previous inpatient psychosomatic hospital or rehabilitation treatment, current or previous outpatient psychotherapy due to back pain
