Inclusion Criteria
Individuals working for more than 6 hours at night for more than 4 consecutive nights per week and working for more than 3 months in night shift pattern.Individuals working between 8pm to 6am.
Exclusion Criteria
Individuals suffering from any disease or disorder, K/C/O Hypertension,Diabetes mellitus,Thyroid.Persons suffering from Insomnia,Sleep disorders under treatment,depression,Anaemia,Tuberculosis,Skin diseases,Rheumatoid arthritis,URTI,LRTI etc.
Individuals getting sleep for few hours at night.Persons using sleep medicines(sedatives)will also be excluded from study.
