Inclusion Criteria
The teenager has attempted suicide or non-suicidal self-harm at least once during the past three months
Having the necessary literacy to read and write in Persian language to complete questionnaires (teenager)
The absence of the parent and the child suffering from mental disability and schizophrenia and bipolar disorders
Having a literacy level of at least a diploma for parents
Exclusion Criteria
Unwillingness to continue the research
Failure to fully complete the questionnaires

Name Time Method Frequency of suicide attempts or harmful behavior of adolescent. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, after the end of the intervention, 3 months after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: questionnaire.
