Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1) Healthy individuals between the age of 18-60 years will be included in Group A (Control Group) and diagnosed patients of
- •Sthaulya (Obesity) between the age of 18-60 years will be included in Group B (Test Group).
- •2) Patient presenting with BMI above 25kg/m2
- •3) Patient presenting with WHR above 0.90 for males and above 0.85 for females.
- •4) Patients irrespective of their gender, occupation, religion, and socio-economic status will be selected.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1) Patients with local tongue infections and congenital anomalies will be excluded.
- •2) Patient having BMI below 25kg/m2 and WHR below 0.90 in males and below 0.85 in females.
- •3) Pregnant women and lactating women.
- •4) Patient having major ailments of other systems. E.g AIDS, CA of any organs, Pregnancy, Hepatitis B&C, TB etc. at the time of enrolling the patients.
