Inclusion Criteria
No systemic diseases, no history of drug use in the past 3 months, no acute or chronic dental or periodontal infection and abscess, no salivary gland disorders such as Sjogren's, stone, infection, neoplasm, no history of radiotherapy, no smoking and drug use. Absence of pregnancy and use of intraoral devices such as orthodontic plates
Informed and free consent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Reluctance to cooperate over 30 years old

Name Time Method Salivary pH. Timepoint: Before consumption, 1, 5 and 10 minutes after consumption. Method of measurement: PH meter.

Name Time Method Saliva pH change. Timepoint: Before starting the study - 1, 5 and 10 minutes after the intervention. Method of measurement: Digital pH meter.
