Inclusion Criteria
Elderly people 60-70 years old.
Both Male and Female.
Participants with Mild to severe anxiety.
Participants with panic Disorders.
Participants with Balance dysfunction.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with Chronic cardiovascular Disease.
Patients with peripheral Neuropathy.
Patients who underwent recent surgeries.
Red flag signs such as tumor, cancer, severe osteoporosis.
Non Comprehensive participants.
Patients with Altered Sensation.
Patients with Visual impairment.
Participants with Postural Hypotension.
