Basket ball players,
Both males and females,
Age 18 -24 yrs,
Players willing to participate with informed consent,
Players qualifying Par-Q eligibility criteria,
Players Participating Intercollegiate and above Level
Exclusion Criteria
 Any recent injuries,
Acute systemic illness,
Players not practicing on regular basis,
Players involved in any other personal training methods
