1) The patient gives consent for the study
2) ASA I (American Society of Anesthesiology) patient with no systemic disease or condition
3) Patients well motivated for implant therapy and maintaining good oral hygiene.
4) Patients having multiple teeth indicated for extraction
5) Patients with no chronic disease or smoking habit
1) Medically compromised or patients taking any immunosuppressive drugs which may complicate the treatment outcome,
2) Infection at the time of implant placement,
3) History of bruxism/parafunctional habits,
4) Patients with history of any bleeding disorder or on anticoagulant therapy.
5) A patient who is allergic to local anesthetic
6) Patient not able to follow up regularly
