Inclusion Criteria
- •All patient undergoing surgery
- •Age above 12yrs
- •Both gender
- •Who are able to understand and respond appropriately to the interview
- •Give consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Non communicating patients (like\-drowsy, unconscious, psychiatric illness, inability to speak, hearing problem etc.)
- •Age less than 12yrs
- •Hemodynamically unstable
- •Refuses to participate in interview
