Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • All patient undergoing surgery
  • Age above 12yrs
  • Both gender
  • Who are able to understand and respond appropriately to the interview
  • Give consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Non communicating patients (like\-drowsy, unconscious, psychiatric illness, inability to speak, hearing problem etc.)
  • Age less than 12yrs
  • Hemodynamically unstable
  • Refuses to participate in interview
