Inclusion Criteria
All patient undergoing surgery
Age above 12yrs
Both gender
Who are able to understand and respond appropriately to the interview
Give consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Non communicating patients (like-drowsy, unconscious, psychiatric illness, inability to speak, hearing problem etc.)
Age less than 12yrs
Hemodynamically unstable
Refuses to participate in interview

Name Time Method Outcome means the way a thing turns out. <br/ ><br>Perception means awareness of something through the senses. <br/ ><br>Perceptions and knowledge about anaesthesia and anaesthesiologist in general population is lacking. Outcome can be understood only after the study and analysis. <br/ ><br>Outcome will be increase in understanding about anaesthesia and role and funtion of anaesthesiologist after the pre test questionnaire and operative procedure is overTimepoint: T0 - The perception about the role of anaesthesiologist preoperatively in pre anaesthetic OPD <br/ ><br>T1- Change in perception about the role of anaesthesiologist postoperatively in the postoperative ward after 24 hours postoperative
